iPhone 5 Rumor Roundup | iPhone Atlas | CNet Reviews

iPhone4_photo#in #mobile #iphone5 #iphone #apple #cnet According to Kent German and Lynn La 2012, “Editors’ note: This roundup was originally published June 24, 2011, and is updated regularly.

After unveiling a marginally improved iPhone 4S in 2011 instead of a radically different iPhone 5, Apple has returned to its development labs to cook up (no pun intended) the next iteration of its popular phone. In 2012, we’re fairly certain that the real iPhone 5 will roll out of Apple’s gates and that the device should be a bigger leap forward than the 4S was.

That’s why after taking some time off at the end of last year, we’ve resurrected CNET’s iPhone 5 rumor roundup to cover the new tidbits from 2012. So join us again in watching the rumor mill churn. We’ll add to it until we get the real thing, and please let us know if we’ve left any gossip out.” Read more > http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-19512_7-20073431-233/iphone-5-rumor-roundup/?tag=hotTopicsBody.1

Warning! 7 Lies All Women Tell Men | MadeMan.com

fingers-crossed-behind-back-woman-300x169#women #men #lies #relationships #socializing According to Emma Sarran 2012, “Let me start by being completely, um, honest. Every once in a while, we ladies have been known to play a little fast and loose with the truth around you guys. Believe me, we do it with the purest of intentions (really!). And rather than try to change us, your best bet—for keeping your woman happy and your sanity intact—is to simply recognize what’s going on and be smooth about it. With that in mind, here are seven lies we commonly tell men, and how to handle them. Just trust me on this stuff, OK?” Read more > http://www.mademan.com/warning-7-lies-all-women-tell-men/?utm_campaign=OB-beer-cocktails&utm_source=outbrain&utm_term=Warning-7-Lies-All-Women-Tell-Men&utm_medium=CPC&brkref=ob-traffic

Creating Wealth Through Health | CNN.om Blogs

#wealth #health #finance #consulting According to Dan Ogola 2012, “…My mother, Patricia Ogola, was an uneducated housewife married at the age of 15, and because of the many children she had, she struggled to make ends meet by brewing the local traditional brew. This led to a lot of run-ins with the local policemen who demanded bribes for her to continue making the illicit brew, driving the family into further poverty.

Due to the difficulties in Ugenya for our family, my brothers and I left for Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city, to try and do odd jobs in order to support ourselves and the family back at home.

My mother’s case is a typical case of women in Ugenya. Many were married young and had several children as they were uneducated and did not have access to family planning. Many were also widowed because of HIV/AIDS thus increasing their poverty levels as they were unemployed. Many others also died while giving birth due to inaccessibility of health facilities. Many children also suffered the fate of my brothers.

Women and children in Ugenya need to lead healthy, productive, and prosperous lives.” Read more > http://whatsnext.blogs.cnn.com/2012/03/02/creating-wealth-through-health-2/?hpt=hp_c2

British Fashion Manufacturing Having A Revival | Fashion United

Stoves-Made-in-Britain-logo#fashion #uk #europe #luxury Feb 27, 2012 – Britain’s fashion manufacturing is back having a moment as high end luxury brands are all clamouring to have their products made in a country known and respected for its heritage, craftsmanship, and history.

Labels such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Prada are making a beeline for Britain’s wool, footwear and leather factories, which are renowned for their specialist expertise in producing quality goods.

“There is something about made in England, it’s not just Chinese visitors (who love British-made products), it’s throughout continental Europe, America. It’s just something we’re gifted by, having Made in England,” British Fashion Council Harold Tillman told Reuters.

Renewed interest in manufacturing high-quality specialist products has seen a growing number of British designers explore their local options and help to fund apprenticeships to keep the industry growing, a welcome change after 15 years of steady decline.

Leading brands, Burberry, Mulberry, Victoria Beckham and Tillman’s own Aquascutum and Jaeger brands all use “Made in Britain” tags on their products. Read More > http://www.fashionunited.co.uk/fashion-news/fashion/british-fashion-manufacturing-having-a-revival-2012022714161
